At Cumulus Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home brewing experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all accessories and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
